Photographers and their passion truly inspire me!! Here are a few who have changed my life: 

   

   Debby Leavitt of Debby Leavitt Photography (yep we are related). I was her assistant 10 years ago ( yep I feel old typing that). She was in need of an assistant and she thought of me. I was honored to help her out at sessions!! She convinced me to ditch film and go to digital. We did mostly weddings and laughed constantly!! She was also my wedding photographer and took my breath away with her images! She taught me to be bold and fearless!! To work for what I want and find my true passion.

  

  Reyanna Jarrel of Rey of Light Photography. She is not only a great friend, but a great example. She just goes for it, and succeeds!! She WOW'S with every image. She is the queen of Senior Photography. I want to be like her when I grow up!! 

  Ashlyn Mae with Bellavue Avenue and Ashlyn Mae Photography. Her actions and presets were a game changer for me!! Simple application, and beautiful results!! I also love how her subjects skin literally glows!! https://ashlynmae.com/

  Cactus & Lace Weddings, with Rachel Garcia, Lory Fabbi, and their cutest assistant Amanda Monk (another dear friend). I love how simple yet elegant their desert weddings are. Their images speak for themselves. People come from all over the world to experience a wedding with Cactus and Lace. What an accomplishment!  

 
Katie Andelman of Katie Andelman Photography. I discovered her and my mouth dropped open!! She inspired me to change my photography direction. She is well known for her whimsical images. She also teaches amazing workshops!!  Katie Andelman

In years past I have tried to find my photography niche. I have always been drawn to portraits and children. I do families here and there. Then, I really got into newborn photography. But, in the last few years I found out I love dressing girls up, putting some makeup on them, and doing something different. . .magical!! Girls that are between the ages of 5-17 are my jam!! 

Throughout my photography journey in life I hope to inspire others as these photographers have inspired me!! I hope to improve always and shine in my work!!
